Expansion: Barrique, 6 months (French oak barrels) sur lie
Color: deep golden yellow
Nose: Complex aroma of summer and exotic fruits (mango, pear, pineapple) with a background of vanilla and aromatic herbs
Taste: the full taste with elegantly integrated tannins and an exceptional density, full-bodied and full-bodied.

Alcohol content: 13%
Drinking temperature: 10-12 degrees
Shelf life: 5-10 years
According to the classic method of the great wines from Burgundy, this fumé was vinified from the Sauvignon Blanc and Malagouzia grape varieties.
This aged white wine ferments in small new Allier oak barrels and then remains SUR LIE (on the lees) in underground air-conditioned cellars to age for a further 6 months.
