Tsipouro Idoniko without anise - the fine, strong Tsipouro from Costa Lazaridi

Domaine Costa Lazaridi was the first producer in the region to believe in a quality bottled Tsipouro. Since 1992, when mass and amateur distillation was widespread, the company introduced Idoniko with and without anise, essentially laying the foundation for the qualitative upgrade of this special product.

Color: Crystal clear, transparent.
Nose: Delicate and elegant nose with hints of summer fruits and orange blossom.
Taste: Taste and finesse combine to create a lasting impression.
Pairing: Although Tsipouro is considered the drink of “freedom” that doesn't follow many rules, without anise it can be said to go better with winter, meaty mezedes, but also with bottarga and smoked eel. Enjoy it cold, ideally without ice.
